- Code-Wizard username/email: Your Code-wizard account which you used to place the order.
- Transaction ID: The unique identifier for the transaction.
- Date of Transaction: The date when the transaction was made.
- Amount: The amount that was charged.
- Reason for Refund: A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

What Happens Next:

Refund Approval
